Yes, COD is available Pakistan-wide. Our delivery partners cover major cities and most towns. If you are in a remote area, please confirm availability with us before placing your order.

Ready-made pieces arrive within 2–5 business days Pakistan-wide, depending on your location. Made-to-order pieces take 1–3 weeks, and fully custom pieces take 3–6 weeks, plus delivery. Each product page states which applies.

Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale, because they are produced to a specific size or design. Sizing exchanges for made-to-order pieces are considered on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us if the fit is not right. Defective or incorrect items are replaced at no cost.

Made-to-order pieces take 1–3 weeks, plus delivery. Fully custom pieces take 3–6 weeks from an accepted quote and deposit, plus delivery. We will give you a specific timeline when we review your request.
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, before dispatch.

We can use a reference as inspiration to craft something in our own style, but we do not directly copy another maker's work. Share your reference with us and we will advise on what is possible.
