By accessing the Silver Gleam website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms govern all purchases of ready-made and made-to-order jewelry made through our platform.
All Silver Gleam pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver, hallmark-stamped for your assurance. Product photography and descriptions are representative; slight variations in finish, stone placement, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of jewelry. Ready-made pieces are available immediately from stock; made-to-order and custom pieces are produced to your specifications after order confirmation.
Orders are confirmed once payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) selection is accepted. We accept COD, JazzCash, and Easypaisa as payment methods. Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Silver Gleam reserves the right to cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable after confirmation, in which case a full refund is issued.
We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from dispatch; made-to-order pieces ship within their stated production lead time after order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or regional delays. A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Ready-made pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Made-to-order and custom pieces are final-sale; we do not accept returns for pieces produced to a customer's specific size or design. Sizing exchanges for made-to-order pieces are considered on a case-by-case basis. Defective or incorrect items are replaced at no cost, regardless of product type.
Silver Gleam pieces are designed for everyday wear but require basic care to maintain their finish. Keep jewelry away from perfume, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or cloth, to prevent tarnish. Our care guide has more detail. Silver Gleam is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, storage, or chemical exposure.
All content on the Silver Gleam website — including design, photography, copy, and brand assets — is the property of Silver Gleam and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Custom design briefs submitted by customers remain the intellectual property of Silver Gleam upon production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Silver Gleam's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use or loss of profits. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.
